Refund Policy Effective Date: 08 July 2026 At Excellent Opportunities Association (EOA), we strive to provide transparent and fair services through excellentopportunities.in. All registration fees, membership fees, processing fees, training fees, workshop fees, donations, and other payments made to Excellent Opportunities Association are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law. Before making any payment, applicants and members are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, program details, terms and conditions, and fee structure. Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions, technical payment errors resulting in multiple deductions, cancellation of a program or event by Excellent Opportunities Association, or any other situation approved by the management. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date, along with proof of payment and the reason for the request. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 working days, after verification. No refund shall be provided for services that have already been delivered, including counselling sessions, training programs, workshops, seminars, interviews, processing fees, application fees, digital products, downloadable resources, certificates already issued, administrative charges, or any service that has been utilized by the applicant. Donations made to Excellent Opportunities Association for charitable or social welfare purposes are voluntary and are non-refundable. Excellent Opportunities Association reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request based on its policies, verification process, and applicable laws.
